Many dialysis patients with Texas Medicaid (TMHP) or an MCO plan have transport benefits available under their plan. Whether your specific rides are covered depends on your plan, your eligibility, and any prior authorization requirements — that determination is made by your plan, not by us. How far in advance do I need to schedule? +
We recommend calling at least 24 to 48 hours in advance for your first booking. Once your recurring schedule is set up, you do not need to call each time — we show up automatically for every treatment.
What if I need to change or cancel a ride? +
